Moira is a Certified Grief Educator who guides individuals, families and communities through trauma and loss. Grief Education is all about listening, understanding and relatability, coping and healing mechanisms, and holding your hand through emotional, physical and the social aspects of grief.

Grief coaching sessions are dependent upon the type of grief you are experiencing. After an initial 1:1 30 minute session, Moira will provide you with a recommended approach.

It is recommended to speak with Moira initially utilizing the 1:1 30 minute complimentary session. Here you can discuss which package is right for you.

This is dependent on your type of grief, and if you’re comfortable sharing in such a setting. The 1:1 30 minute discovery session is available to discuss this with Moira.
